Bertha V. Willis

Bertha V. Willis, 86, of South Point, OH passed away Wednesday, February 14, 2018 at King’s Daughters Medical Center, Ashland, KY.  She was born September 30, 1931 in Winfield, WV a daughter of the late Eldridge and Myrtie Meadows Villars.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Billy Ray Willis.  She is survived by a son, Michael R. (Sherri) Willis of Ironton, OH; one grandchild, Shayne (Anastasia Bailey) Willis of Columbus, OH; and one great grandchild, Braxton Willis.  Funeral services will be 1 PM Monday, February 19, 2018 at Slack and Wallace Funeral Home, South Point, OH with Pastor Ken Gowen officiating.  Burial will follow at Highland Memorial Gardens, South Point, OH.  Friends may visit from 12 PM to 1 PM before the service at the funeral home.  Condolences to the family may be expressed at www.slackandwallace.com.
