Dexter Runyon, 61, of South Point, OH died Saturday, February 17, 2018 at Heartland of Riverview.  He was born October 10, 1956 in Ironton, OH, a son of the late Henry M. and Gladys Osborne Runyon.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Gladys Turley.  Dexter is survived by his wife, Judy Ann Copley Runyon; a son, Dustin A. Runyon of Huntington, WV; a daughter, Margaret (Troy) Henry of South Point, OH; two step-sons, Will (Susan) McGinnis, Jr. of Harrodsburg, KY, David (Lexee) McGinnis of Batavia, OH; four sisters, Maxine (Bill) Spurlock of Kitts Hill, OH, Diane Woody of Rockwood, TN, Marcia (Millard) Hollingsworth of Worthville, KY, Cathy Bond of South Point, OH; five brothers, Charles Runyon of FL, Marlin Runyon of South Point, OH, Eugene (Sandy) Runyon of South Point, OH, Gailard (Judy) Runyon of South Point, OH, Carlos Runyon of South Point, OH; eight grandchildren, Collin Stevens, Camera Stevens, Sara Henry, Conner Henry, Abigail Runyon, Alexis Runyon, Ian McGinnis and Bentlee McGinnis.  Funeral Services will be 1 PM Tuesday, February 20, 2018 at Slack and Wallace Funeral Home, South Point, OH with Nephew Darin Runyon officiating.  Burial will follow at Burlington Greenlawn Cemetery, Burlington, OH.  Friends may call from 6 to 8 PM Monday, February 19, 2018 at Slack and Wallace Funeral Home, South Point, OH.  Condolences to the family may be expressed at www.slackandwallace.com.
