Ronald L. Combs, 87, of South Point, Ohio died Saturday, November 05, 2011 at his residence. Funeral services will be 1 PM Tuesday, November 8, 2011 at Slack and Wallace Funeral Home, South Point, Ohio. Burial will follow at Highland Memorial Gardens, South Point, Ohio. Ronald was born August 27, 1924, a son of the late Oscar and Jennie Plants Combs. He was a Navy Veteran. Ronald is survived by his wife, Joan Taft Combs; two sons, Jeffery T. (Beth) Combs and Johnny F. (Janie) Combs; one brother, Curtis Combs; one sister, Deann Hunt; four grandchildren, Scott (Allison) Combs, Mark (Tara) Combs, Brett Combs and Jill Combs; and four great grandchildren, Cory, Ritchie, Karis and Easton Combs.
