ROBERT HOWARD HESSE, 57, of Ironton, OH, died Tuesday, December 6, 2011 in Community Hospice Care Center, Ashland, KY. He was born December 19, 1953 in Newburgh, NY, a son of Frank Julius (Virginia Victoria) Hesse of Brooksville, FL and the late Georgetta Earl. He is survived by his wife, Tammy Browning Hesse; one son, Bryan (Deanna) Schweickart of Ashland, KY; two daughters, Amanda (Johnathan) Whitley of South Point, OH and Christina Hesse of Ironton, OH; two brothers, Frank Chester (Linda) Hesse of Clearwater, FL and Michael Preston (Gay) Hesse of Longwood, FL; eight grandchildren, Sydney and Summer Schweickart, Kaley and Alexis Cade, Jacob Whitley, Shawn, Cheyanna and Jayden Hesse; and several nieces and nephews. Services will be held at 2:00 pm Saturday at Slack and Wallace Funeral Home, South Point, OH with Brother Charles Rice officiating. Friends may call after 1:00 pm Saturday at the funeral home.
