Leslie James McClure, 55, of Ironton, OH went to be with the Lord on Saturday, March 31, 2012 at Our Lady Bellefonte Hospital, Ashland, KY. He was born March 6, 1957 in Huntington, WV and resided in Ironton, OH for 31 years. He graduated from Huntington High School in 1975. Leslie enjoyed helping people and had many people that loved and cherished him. He was a son of the late Grant McClure, Jr. and Patricia “Dippy” McClure both of Huntington, WV. Also preceding him in death was Conswella “Nikki” McClure and Aaron “Boo” Webb. Leslie leaves behind his wife of 12 years, Marti Mays McClure; four children, Alonzo, Kenya, Andrew, and Melia, and a very special friend Sherry Bowman. His surviving siblings are Marcella (William) Garrett, Joya Webb, Grant McClure and Keith (Marsha) Webb; the Ziegler’s; three grandchildren along with many nieces and nephews. Friends may call at Full Gospel Assembly 2101 10th Avenue Huntington, WV 25703 from 12 Noon to 1:00 PM, with service to be followed at the church.
