Susan Jean Revely, 60, of South Point, Ohio, died Wednesday, December 19, 2012 at King’s Daughter’s Medical Center. She was born July 24, 1962 in Ashland, KY, a daughter of the late William Nunley and Ann Melburg Evans. In addition to her parents, Susan was preceded in death by two brothers. She is survived by a daughter, Stephanie Smith of South Point; a son, Alex Revely of Ashland, KY; two sisters, Sarah Baker of Lexington, KY and Carol Blair of Greenup, KY; a brother, Scott Nunley of Boyd County, KY; and five grandchildren. Slack and Wallace Funeral Home, South Point, Ohio is in charge of arrangements.
