ROSE SHARON (GOODY) WILSON, 58, of Ironton, OH died Friday, May10, 2013 at her residence. A memorial service will be held at 6:00 PM Wednesday, May 15, 2013 at Slack and Wallace Funeral Home with Pastor Bryan Chaffins officiating. Rose was born March 5, 1955 in Ironton, a daughter of the late Peter O. Goody and Lorelei McKee Goody. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Dewey Woodrow Wilson; a sister, Melissa Malone; and a brother, Charles Goody. Rose was of the Baptist faith and loved music, playing cards, reading and spending time with her grandchildren. She is survived by a son, Ryan Cooper; three daughters, Clarissa Wilson, Kelli (David) Perkins and Carrie Payne; six grandchildren, Rachel (Martin) Jackson, Michael (Melinda) Payne, Jacob Perkins, Joshua Perkins, Kaiden Cooper and Bayleigh Wilson; four great grandchildren, Kylie Haynes, Marty Jackson, Hannah Payne and Leah Payne; and two sisters, Jennie Stapleton and Nancy Reynolds.
