    Kenneth P. Snyder, 86, of South Point, Ohio, died Friday, July 5, 2013 at Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House, Huntington, WV. Funeral services will be at 1:00 PM Monday at Slack and Wallace Funeral Home, South Point with Pastors Kenneth Klaiber and Gary Henry officiating. Burial will follow in Rome Cemetery, Proctorville, OH. Kenneth was born April 19, 1927 in Chesapeake, OH, a son of the late Erskie Snyder and Bertha Ward Snyder. He was also preceded in death by his son, Kenneth Robert Snyder; 4 brothers, Carl Edward Snyder, John Paul Snyder and 2 infant brothers; and 1 sister, Barbara Snyder. Kenneth was an Army veteran of WWII and Korea and was a retired mechanic with B.A.S.F. Corporation (Chemical Division) in Huntington (formerly Standard Ultramarine). He was also a member of the Sunrise Church of the Nazarene. He is survived by his wife, Rosemary F. Potter Snyder; 1 daughter, Bridgette Keanette Snyder of South Point; 10 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren; and 1 brother, Keith Elva Snyder of Gallia Co., OH.
