Dorothy L. Harmon, born November 12, 1924 in Chesapeake, OH, widow of Robert G. Harmon passed at home July 25, 2013. She was the daughter of the late Grace Keeney Heffner and Louis Heffner. She was a retiree of Ohio Power and a member of Chesapeake United Methodist Church. Per Dorothy’s request there will be no visitation or services. Final resting place, Rome Cemetery, Proctorville, OH. Slack and Wallace Funeral Home, South Point, OH is in charge of arrangements.
