Wilma McCann Payne, 72 of South Point, Ohio died Saturday, August 17, 2013 at Community Hospice Care Center, Ashland, KY. Funeral service will be 11 AM Tuesday, August 20, 2013 at Slack and Wallace Funeral Home, South Point, Ohio. Burial will follow in Rose Hill Cemetery, Ashland, KY. Wilma was born August 7, 1941 in Fort Gay, WV, a daughter of the late Homer F. and Ada Artrip McCann. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by one brother, Jennings Wray McCann. Wilma graduated from Fort Gay High School. She worked as the office manager of Sell & Serve Marketing for over 10 years and the owner and manager of CHAR-CAL INC., South Point, Ohio. She is survived by her husband, Charles Payne; daughter, Kim (Howard) Curtis of South Point, Ohio; stepson, Rick (Pam) Payne of South Point, OH; brother, Frank (Loretta) McCann of Lavalette, WV; 3 grandchildren; 1 great grandchild; several nieces and nephews; and is also survived by her boys Tiki & Chipper.
