William Tyson

April 12, 1951 - June 23, 2019

William “Bill” Tyson, 68, of Ironton, OH died Sunday, June 23, 2019 at King’s Daughters’ Medical Center, Ashland, KY.  He was born in Cincinnati, Ohio, a son of the late Cecil and Delores Schooler Tyson.  He was an Air Force Veteran and was the head chef for C.R. Thomas in Ironton, Ohio.  He is survived by his wife, Diana Tyson; one son, Christopher Tyson; step-children, Amber (Andy) Robinson of Patriot, Ohio and Mandy (Sarah Kimball) Myers of Lexington, KY; one brother, Butch (Jolene) Tyson of Ky; and several grandchildren. He was also preceded in death by one daughter, Amber Faith Tyson.  Visitation will be Wednesday, June 26^, 2019 from 5-7 pm at Slack and Wallace Funeral Home, South Point, Ohio.  There will be no funeral service.  Condolences may be expressed to the family at www.slackandwallace.com.
