    James “Jim” Morgan, 65, of Ironton, OH passed away, Saturday, May 5, 2018 at UK Bluegrass Hospice Care Center, Lexington, KY. Jim was born March 7, 1953 in Columbus, OH a son of Ruth Fisher Morgan and the late, Calvin Morgan. In addition to his mother, Jim is survived by his wife, Sherri White Morgan; his children, Shawn Morgan, Scott (Melissa) Morgan; a brother, Gary (Vicki) Morgan; five grandchildren, Ryan Pricer and fiancé Kelsey Crowe, Brandon Morgan and girlfriend Lori Hasenauer, Lucas Morgan, Alexis Morgan, Cloe Saul; special nephew, Kurtis Morgan; sister in-law, Terri White; a special dog, Peewee and many special friends.  Jim was the owner and operator of J & M Towing and River City Vault Company. He was a Mason at Masonic Lodge # 198, Ironton, OH, a Marshal of the Shriners International, a member of the Hillbilly Clan 1 Outhouse 8, and a Kentucky Colonel. Funeral services will be 1 PM Saturday, May 12, 2018 at C3 Church, South Point, Ohio with Pastor Aaron Fields officiating. Burial will follow at Woodland Cemetery, Ironton, OH. Friends may visit from 9 am to 1 pm, Saturday, May 12, 2018 at the church. Slack and Wallace Funeral Home, South Point, OH is assisting the family with arrangements. Contributions may be made to Slack and Wallace Funeral Home to help the family with expenses. Condolences to the family may be expressed at www.slackandwallace.com.
