Harlan E. “Bud” Noble, 81, of Burlington, Ohio passed away Friday June 1, 2018 at Cabell Huntington Hospital. He was born October 16, 1936 in Chesapeake, Ohio, a son of the late Harlan and Bertha Belle Evicks Noble. He was a retired Crane Operator for the American Car and Foundry, and was a member of Kellogg Church, where he served as a Deacon. Bud was one of the original members of the Concerned Citizens of Burlington. He is survived by his wife, Edith Jane Duty Noble; 3 sons, Gene Noble of Woodstock, VA, Joe (Debbie) Noble of Shallotte, NC, and Johnny (Rhonda) Noble of Burlington, OH; one daughter, Patty Dishman of Burlington, OH; one brother, Jerry (Paula) Noble of Chesapeake, OH, 10 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren. Funeral service will be 1:00 pm Friday, June 8, 2018 at Slack and Wallace Funeral Home, South Point, Ohio with Pastor Roger Mooney officiating. Burial will follow at Greenlawn Cemetery, Burlington, OH. Friends may call from 6 – 8 pm Thursday, June 7, 2018 at the funeral home.
