    Darrell Lee Riley, 90, of Chesapeake, OH passed away Thursday, June 7, 2018.  He was born January 20, 1928 in Camden-on-the-Gauley, WV, a son of the late Harry and Ruth Gillispie Riley.  He was also preceded in death by three sisters and three brothers.  Darrell retired as a Supervisor from Kaiser Building Systems and formally worked as a Foreman at Kaiser Aluminum, Ravenswood, WV.  He was an Army Veteran of WWII, having served in the European Theater, a life member of V.F.W. Post #6878 and a member of Rose Hill Baptist Church.  Survivors include his loving wife, Margaret E. Smith Riley; two daughters, Amanda Leffingwell of Huntington, WV and Karen Workman of Chesapeake, OH; grandchildren, Paul Smith, Brandi (Dale) Jackson, Mary Leffingwell and A.J.Littreal; great grandchildren, Nate Smith, Kyle (Tia) Smith, Tessa Smith, Ethan Smith, Gaige Smith, Carter Smith, Brandin Jackson, Braden Jackson and one great great grandchild, Ella Rose Smith.  Funeral Services will be 2 PM Sunday, June 10, 2018 at Slack and Wallace Funeral Home, South Point, OH with Brother Tom Ross officiating.  Friends may call from 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM Sunday, June 10, 2018 at the funeral home.   Condolences to the family may be expressed at www.slackandwallace.com.
