William O. Bills

October 29, 1934 - June 12, 2018

William O. Bills, 83 of South Point, OH was called home to be with the Lord on June 12, 2018.  He was born October 29, 1934 in Huntington, WV, son of the late John and Clida Bills.  In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his step-son, Butch Dennison and one nephew, Greg Bills.  William was a member of Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church in South Point, OH and retired from CSX.  He is survived by his loving wife, Phyllis Bess Bills; 3 sons, John (Angie) Bills of South Point, OH, James (Tonya) Bills of Richwood, OH and Benjamin Bills of Akron, OH; two daughters, Donna Bills of Austin, TX and Dana Leiato of San Antonio, TX; two step-daughters, Marsha (David) Henson and Teresa (David) Viglianco both of South Point, OH, a brother, Garland (Janice) Bills of Chesapeake, OH;  2 nephews, Garland “Buddy” Bills, Jr. and Gary Bills; 1 great nephew, 10 grandchildren, John Douglas Bills, Zachary Bills, Randi Hair, Mariah Angulo, Brian Henson, Aaron Henson, Mark Henson, Chris Ann Fields, Maria Portis and David Viglianco, II;  13 great grandchildren; and a host of friends.  Funeral Service will be 12:30 PM Saturday, June 16, 2018 at Slack and Wallace Funeral Home, South Point, OH with Pastor Tom Ross officiating.  Burial will follow at Highland Memorial Gardens, South Point, OH.  Friends may visit from 11 AM -12:30 PM Saturday, June 16, 2018 at the funeral home.  In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the WV Veterans Home, 12 Water St, Barboursville, WV 25504.  Condolences to the family may be expressed at www.slackandwallace.com.
