Charles W. Suiter

Charles William “Bill” Suiter, 77, of South Point, OH passed away Thursday, June 21, 2018 at St. Mary’s Medical Center, Huntington, WV. Bill was born June 14, 1941 in Ironton, OH, son of the late Jesse and Mable Neff Suiter. He retired as a Color Operator with Sunoco Chemical, Neal, WV, a graduate of Dawson-Bryant High School and a long-time devoted member of 1st Baptist Church of Chesapeake. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Judith Karen McClure Suiter and brother, Jesse Suiter. He is survived by his three children, Chuck Suiter (Patricia Moore) of Columbus, OH, Tony (Tonya) Suiter of Ft. Myers, FL and Julie Jewell (John Tibbs) of South Point, OH; four grandchildren, Karen Suiter (James Hayes), Beau Suiter, Katie Jewell and Jake Jewell; three great grandchildren, Dylan Hayes, Naomi Hayes and Brenten Jewell. Graveside Service will be 2 PM Sunday, June 24, 2018 at Highland Memorial Gardens, South Point, OH. Friends may visit from 3:00 – 5:00 PM Saturday, June 23, 2018 at Slack and Wallace Funeral Home, South Point, OH. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the First Baptist Church of Chesapeake.
