Rhonda Kay McKeny, 58, of South Point, OH passed away Monday, June 25, 2018. She was born September 15, 1959 in Huntington, WV, daughter of the late Billy Ray Rowe and Martha Leffingwell Rowe. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Brandon Franklin Clay. Rhonda is survived by her daughter, Kasey (James) Ford of Branchland, WV; three grandchildren, Robert Ford, Isabelle Ford and Dakota Ford; a sister, Beverly Shrader; a brother, Bill (Kandice) Rowe; many friends and a special friend, Carol Harless. Funeral Service will be 1 PM Friday, June 29, 2018 at Tri-State Worship Center, South Point, OH with Pastor Terry Wagner officiating. Burial will follow at Rome Cemetery, Proctorville, OH. Friends may visit one hour prior to the service at the Church. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Tri-State Worship Center in Rhonda’s memory.
