We were blessed by her presence at the 26th Street church of Christ for some time. Her gentle spirit and her artwork were remarkable. We miss her.

I never met a more caring, loving person than Charlotte Carter. I am so blessed that I was able to call her neighbor and friend. At Halloween, Charlotte would always have a \"special\" treat bag for the local neighborhood kids.....my Katie and Matt included. Anyone else would receive a nice treat, but nothing like the treasured treat bag that Charlotte made for the neighborhood kids. God bless you Charlotte. You and Lucien will forever be in my heart.
