Ronald H. Schneider, 73, resident of South Point, OH passed away Tuesday, June 7, 2016 at King’s Daughters’ Medical Center, Ashland, KY.  Funeral services will be 7 PM Sunday, June 12, 2016 at Slack and Wallace Funeral Home, South Point, OH.  Burial will follow at Getaway Cemetery, Getaway, OH.   Ronald was born February 2, 1943 in Huntington, WV, a son of the late Robert Henry and Betty Jane Nichols Schneider.  He was a veteran of the United States Air Force and retired as a car salesman from Bob Clyse Dealership after 22 years of employment.  He is survived by his wife of almost 50 years, Joan Schneider; brothers, Ed Schneider and Jerry Schneider; sisters, Wanda Swanson and Connie Schneider; sons, Ronald Henry Schneider, II, wife Tracy Schneider and Tony Schneider, wife Maria Schneider; Daughters, Trescha Schneider, Trena Schneider Winston, husband Bobby Archer Winston, III; and grandkids, Katelyn Schneider Dickess, Brady Schneider, Corey Newman, Israel Schneider, Gracie Schneider and Ronald H.
