Patty D. Pennington, 53, of Cincinnati, OH passed away Thursday, August 25, 2016.  She was born January 7, 1963 in Lawrence County, OH, a daughter of Donald Pennington of South Point, OH and the late Linda Roberts Pennington.  In addition to her mother, she is preceded in death by 2 nephews, Dale Edward Ardin, Jr. and Jonathan Pennington.  She is survived by her fiancé, Charlie Cooper; 2 sisters, Rhonda Hardin and Mary Reffitt; 4 brothers, Donald Pennington, Larry Pennington, James Pennington and Jason Pennington; and several nieces and nephews.  Graveside services will be 10:00 am Monday, August 29, 2016 at the Millhouse and Pennington Family Cemetery, South Point.  Condolences to the family may be expressed at www.slackandwallace.com.
