Elizabeth Alice Christian

Elizabeth Alice Christian, 72, of South Point, Ohio passed away January 25, 2017 at King’s Daughters Medical Center, Ashland, KY.  Elizabeth was born March 26, 1944 in Huntington, WV a daughter of the late Donald Shockley and Catherine Smith Shockley.  In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Everett Lee Christian; two sons, Ray Hamlin, Jr. and Charles Hamlin; and daughter Rebecca Owens.  Elizabeth is survived by her three children, Jerry Christian, Evelyn Mullens and Donna Coleman; two sisters, Juanita Raines and Faye Hysell; two brothers, Earl Shockley and David Shockley; 12 grandchildren; and numerous great grandchildren.  A memorial service will be held at a later date.  Slack and Wallace Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.  In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Slack and Wallace Funeral Home or to https://www.gofundme.com/elizabeth-christian-funeral-expense, to help with the family with funeral expenses.
