Jimmy Joe Stewart, 68 of South Point, Ohio passed away Saturday, January 28, 2017 at St. Mary’s Medical Center, Huntington, WV.  Funeral services will be 11 AM Wednesday, February 1, 2017 at Slack and Wallace Funeral Home, South Point, OH.  Burial will follow at Greenlawn Cemetery, Burlington, OH.  Jimmy was born November 5, 1948 in Huntington, WV a son of the late Albert and Estell Foster Stewart.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son, James Stewart; the mother of his children, Linda Stewart; two brothers, Carl Stewart and Bob Stewart; and two sisters, Iris McComas and Ella Mae Stewart.  He retired from St. Mary’s Medical Center.  Jimmy is survived by daughter, Crystal (Aaron) Jackson; a son, Bryan Stewart; brother, Albert (Donna) Stewart; and grandchildren, Adam (Felicia) Stewart and Angelica (Tyler) Jenkins.  Friends may call from 6 to 8 PM Tuesday, January 31, 2017 at Slack and Wallace Funeral Home.  Condolences to the family may be expressed at www.slackandwallace.com.
