    Anita Jo Collins, 54, of Kitts Hill, Ohio, passed away Monday, May 2, 2016 at Community Hospice Care Center, Ashland, KY.  She was born April 30, 1962 in Lawrence County, OH, a daughter of the late Clarence and Wilma Wilson Simpson.  In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a sister, Shelia Short; and a brother, Emory Simpson.  Anita is survived by her husband, Rodney Collins; and two sisters, Tana Barber and Betty Rusk.  Graveside services will be 1 PM, Saturday, May 7, 2016 at Ross Cemetery, Kitts Hill, Ohio with Pastor Jeff Cremeans officiating. Slack and Wallace Funeral Home, South Point, Ohio is assisting the family with arrangements.  Condolences to the family may be expressed at www.slackandwallace.com.
