Wanda M Daniel

January 24, 1923 - May 4, 2016

Wanda Marcella Daniel, 93, of South Point, OH transitioned peacefully at home on Wednesday, May 4, 2016 surrounded by her family.  She was born January 24, 1923 and was married August 2, 1945.  She was a Navy Seaman First Class, having served during WW II and was a homemaker.  Wanda was preceded in death by her husband, Earnest Lynd Daniel, and her 3 brothers, Paul, Stan and Bob Richards.  She is survived by her 2 sons, James Carlton Daniel and William Douglas Daniel; 4 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren; and 1 great, great grandson.  A celebration of Wanda’s life will be held at 6:30 PM Friday, May 6, 2016 at Slack and Wallace Funeral Home, South Point with Pastor Paul Michael Booth officiating.  Burial will be at her husband’s side in the Bushnel, Florida National Cemetery.  Friends may call at the funeral home 1 hour prior to the service.  Condolences to the family may be expressed at www.slackandwallace.com.
