    Eugene Harrison Clark, 84, of Proctorville, OH passed away Thursday, May 11, 2017 at his home.  He was born March 4, 1933 in Proctorville, OH, a son of the late William Harrison Clark and Gertrude Christian Clark.  In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by two sisters, Evelyn Woods and Elsie Clark and a brother, Lloyd Clark.  Eugene was an Army veteran during the Korean Conflict and was retired as a furniture maker.  He was a member of Pine Grove Missionary Baptist Church for 60 years and served as a Deacon and, along with his wife, helped take care of the church facilities.  Survivors include his wife, Phyllis A. Farris Clark; a daughter, Tana (Kenny) Watkins of Proctorville; a granddaughter, Brittany (Hank) Skaggs; four great grandchildren, Bradley, Hunter, Ryleigh and Lillee Skaggs; a sister, Cindy Nichols, Chesapeake, OH; a brother, Bill (Karen) Clark of Chesapeake; and two sisters-in-law, Rosemary Johnson and Linda Sexton.  Open visitation for family and friends will be from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM Saturday, May 13, 2017 at Pine Grove Missionary Baptist Church, Proctorville with the funeral service to follow at 2:00 PM at the church with Pastor Eddie Salmon officiating. The singers will be C.J. and Della Ferguson.   Burial with military honors will follow in Pine Grove Cemetery.
