I met Billie when I worked at the bank in Coal Grove. He was always cutting up and being silly. I always looked forward to talking to him. He made you feel like family. I hadn’t seen him for a little over a year and I ran into him not too long ago, and I am so glad that I did. He will definitely be missed. I love you, Kay, and I’ll be praying for you.

My condolences to all the family and friends. Bill was a sweet, kind soul. He always had a smile and was happy to see you. He was a "greeter" at Ice Creek Church, and this was a wonderful occupation for him, because he loved people and talking to and with them. Bill will be missed, but we will always have fond memories of him. RIP Bill. Enjoy seeing all your family and friends who have gone on before you to Heaven. They will be glad to see you again, and will celebrate your joining them there where we'll never grow old!
