Vivian L. Payne, 89, of Proctorville, OH passed away on Thursday, May 7, 2015 at the Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House, Huntington, WV. She was born April 6, 1926 in Proctorville, a daughter of the late Eurseline and Roma King Payne. Vivian was preceded in death by her husband, Charles J. Payne. She was a homemaker, a graduate of Proctorville High School and was of the Baptist faith. She is survived by her son, Jerry Payne of Proctorville. Graveside services were held at Rome Cemetery, Proctorville with Rev. Gary Edwards officiating. Slack and Wallace Funeral Home, South Point, OH is assisting the family with arrangements.
