Glenn G. Finley, 82, of Franklin Furnace, OH, passed away Thursday, May 21, 2015 at Community Hospice, Ashland, KY. Graveside services will be 11 AM Tuesday, May 26, 2015 at Ashland Cemetery, Ashland, KY with Pastor Jim Orrick and Kenny Hurst officiating. Glenn was born June 5, 1932 in South Point, OH, a son of the late Dewey and Cora Caudill Finley. He was a US Marine Veteran serving on the front lines in Korea at Heartbreak Ridge, Punch Bowl and Hill 749. He was a 1950 graduate of South Point High School, a former member of the Ohio State Highway Patrol, a Federal Treasury Law Enforcement Officer (Internal Security Division) and a Property and Casualty Claims Manager for Westfield Insurance Company, Indianapolis, IN. Glenn is survived by his wife, Mary Lou Carroll Finley; one son, Glenn A. Finley and his wife Janie Wyatt Finley of Franklin Furnace, OH; twin sister, Gladys Woodburn of Ironton, OH; and granddaughter, Elizabeth Jane Finley.
