Cheryl Renee Fitzpatrick Herdman, 50, of South Point, OH died Wednesday, July 1, 2015.  She was born November 30, 1964 in Ironton, OH, a daughter of Donald Fitzpatrick, Sr. of South Point and Sharon Bunting Fitzpatrick of South Point.  She was a former Registered Nurse.  In addition to her parents, she is survived by 2 children, Joshua Fitzpatrick and Delila Crum; four sisters, Mary Fitzpatrick Goodall, Debra Fitzpatrick, Rebecca Fitzpatrick and Jessica Fitzpatrick; two brothers, Donald Fitzpatrick, Jr. and Chad Fitzpatrick: and several nieces and nephews.  Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Thursday, July 9, 2015 at Slack and Wallace Funeral Home, South Point.  Burial will follow at Highland Memorial Gardens, South Point.  Friends may call from 1 to 2 PM at the funeral home.  In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Cheryl Fitzpatrick Herdman Fund at WesBanco Bank.  Condolences may be expressed at www.slackandwallace.com.
