    Deborah Kay High, 60, of Charleston, WV passed away July 23, 2015 at her daughter’s home.  She was born January 8, 1955 in Charleston, WV, a daughter of the late Edward and Dorothy Parker Stapler.  She is survived by her husband, Charles High; a daughter, Angela (Brian) Langley; grandchildren, Logan and Braeden;  sisters, Patty (Orville) Shaffer, Sue Titlow and Janet (Wes) Kirby; a brother, Rodman (Phyllis) Stapler, sister-in-law, Margi High; and many nieces and nephews.  A memorial service will be held 3 PM Sunday, July 26, 2015 at First Baptist Church Russell Russell, KY.  Slack and Wallace Funeral Home, South Point, OH is assisting the family with arrangements.  Condolences to the family may be expressed at www.slackandwallace.com.
