    Ronald Lee “Ronnie” Johnson, 74 of South Point, OH died Wednesday, October 28, 2015 at home.  Funeral services will be 1 PM Saturday, October 31, 2015 at Slack and Wallace Funeral Home, South Point, OH with Pastor Larry Carico officiating.  Burial will follow at Highland Memorial Gardens, South Point, OH.  Ronnie was born December 29, 1940 in Ironton, OH, a son of the late Ulysses Charles and Goldie Brown Johnson.  In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife, Linda Sue Chapman Johnson; and two brothers, Bobby Johnson, husband of Margaret Johnson and Louis Johnson, husband of Kay Johnson.  He was a 1960 graduate of South Point High School.  He retired from Big Bear and continued to work at Food Fair following his retirement.  Ronnie is survived by his children, Kristi (Tim) Adkins of Huntington, WV, Bryan Johnson, Ronda (Jamie) Cassidy and Dana (Leanna) Johnson all of South Point, OH; 11 grandchildren, Ty Johnson, Courtney Johnson, Cody Johnson, Sydney Johnson, Kendall Johnson, Sophia Cassidy, Tristian Cassidy, Ella Cassidy, Reagan Johnson, Nixon Johnson and Creek Johnson; and 3 great grandchildren.  Friends may call Saturday from 11 AM to 1 PM at Slack and Wallace Funeral Home.  In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Community Hospice 1480 Carter Avenue Ashland, KY 41101.  Condolences to the family may be expressed at www.slackandwallace.com.
