    Curtis Ousley Jr., 79, of South Point, Ohio passed away Monday, December 14, 2015 at St, Mary’s Medical Center, Huntington, WV.  He was born February 26, 1936 in Hippo, KY, a son of the late, Curtis Sr. and Lucille Bentley Ousley.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son, H. Vaughn Ousley; and 2 sisters, Ruth Hicks and Roberta Conley.   He was a 1955 graduate of Maytown High School, Floyd County, KY, retired as a manager of Peoples Security and a member of South Point 1st Church of the Nazarene.  He was a Cub Scoutmaster in McArthur, OH and the Scoutmaster of Boy Scout Troop 115, South Point, OH where he had 5 Boy Scouts obtain Eagle Scout ranking.  Curtis is survived by his loving wife of 60 years, Vivian J. Morris Ousley; children, Sheila K. (Lionel) Finch of Alliance, OH and Belinda L. (Ross) McCollum of South Point, OH; 1 sister, Sonja Fay Ratliff of Allen, KY; 7 grandchildren, Britnie McCollum, Nikki Campbell, Bryan Perkins, Stacie Rutherford, Kyle Ousley, Lynsey McKnight and Krystena Burson; 14 great grandchildren; and special family friend, Griz Garber.  Funeral services will be 11 AM Saturday, December 19, 2015 at Slack and Wallace Funeral Home, South Point, OH with Rev. Robert Carter and Rev. Charles Lane officiating.  Burial will follow at Woodland Cemetery, Ironton, OH.  Friends may call 2 PM to 7 PM Friday at the funeral home.  Condolences to the family may be expressed at www.slackandwallace.com.
