Linda K. Fugett

Linda K. Fugett, 69, of Coal Grove, Ohio went to her Heavenly Home December 21, 2015 from Cabell Huntington Hospital in Huntington, WV.  She was born in Ironton, OH February 4, 1946 to the late Lawrence and Hazel (Massie) Vanderhoof.  She is survived by her husband, Garland R. Fugett, whom she married June 20^th, 1975.  She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother Gordon Vanderhoof.  In addition to her husband, she is surived by her son, Kevin R. (Melanie) Vanderhoof of Deering; a daughter, Donna Faye (B.J.) Blair of Coal Grove; sisters, Phyllis Barker of Ironton and Edna Dillow of Deering; sister-in-law Ruth Vanderhoof of Ironton; 5 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; a special friend and caregiver Janey Blankenship; and a host of nieces and nephews.  Funeral services will be 11 AM Wednesday, December 23, 2015 at Slack and Wallace Funeral Home, South Point, OH with Bro. Roger Friend officiating.  Burial will follow at Woodland Cemetery, Ironton, OH.  Friends may call 6 to 8 PM Tuesday at the funeral home.  Condolences to the family may be expressed at www.slackandwallace.com.
