Rudy Elliot Withrow, 50, of South Point, OH died Tuesday, January 12, 2016 at Cabell Huntington Hospital.  Funeral services will be at 2:00 pm Tuesday, January 19, 2016 at Slack and Wallace Funeral Home, South Point with Rev. Diane Clay officiating.  Burial will follow in Burlington Greenlawn Cemetery.  He was born July 9, 1965 in Cleveland, OH, a son of the late Rudy Mladenovic and Shirley Withrow.  He was a construction worker.  Rudy is survived by his wife, Candy Ratcliff Withrow; his father, Jack Marshall; 2 sisters, Evelyn Robertson and Rita (Jerry) Muncy; and a brother, Clifford Withrow, Sr.  Friends may call 1 hour prior to the service at the funeral home.  Slack and Wallace Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.  Condolences to the family may be expressed at www.slackandwallace.com.
