Diana Mitchell Aites

January 24, 1957 - January 26, 2016

Diana Mitchell Aites, 59, of South Point, OH passed away Tuesday, January 26, 2016 at King’s Daughters’ Medical Center, Ashland, KY.  She was born January 24, 1957 in Bourne, MA, a daughter of Leonard James Mitchell, Jr. and Faith Fitzgibbon Mitchell of PA.  Diana was an active member of the South Point Church of Christ and a homemaker.  In addition to her parents, she is survived by her husband, Mark S. Aites; her children, Christina (Payton) Regan and Joshua Aites, both of Panama City Beach, FL, Amber Rieger of Twentynine Palms, CA and Jonathan Aites of South Point; a sister, Valery (Gilbert) Gordon of Washington D.C.; 2 brothers, Michael Mitchell of Union City, PA and Blair Mitchell of Burlington, NJ; and 2 grandchildren, Sydney Regan and Aiden Regan, both of Panama City Beach, FL.  A memorial service will be at 11:00 am on Monday, February 29, 2016 at the Church of Christ, 402  3rd street, East, South Point, OH.  Slack and Wallace Funeral Home, South Point is assisting the family with arrangements.  Condolences to the family may be expressed at www.slackandwallace.com.
