    James Arthur LaChance, 31, passed away March 1, 2016 in Ironton, Ohio.  He was born September 16, 1984 at Fort Polk, Louisiana, grew up around the world including Germany and Korea, attended Woodbridge High School in Woodbridge, Virginia, served in the United States Navy, and lived and worked in Mount Sterling and Ironton, Ohio. James was a dear son and father possessing a loving heart.  He is survived by three children, daughters Jade and Kiera, son Sylus, his mother InSuk Rathgeber of Seoul, South Korea, and his father Bruce A. LaChance of Woodbridge, Virginia.  James will be missed.
