Daniel Collins

Daniel “Danny” L. Collins, 56 of Ironton, OH died Tuesday, March 1, 2016 at King’s Daughters Medical Center, Ashland, KY.  He was born November 29, 1959 in Ironton, OH a son of Orville H. Collins and the late Betty Lou Faulkner Collins.  He was a graduate of Dawson Bryant High School and he restored collector cars.  He is survived by his wife, Tammy Sue Burton Collins; sisters, Tammy Collins and Debra (Jerry) Burton both of Ironton, OH; brothers, Ray (Sheila) Collins of South Point, OH, Rick Collins of Rock Hill, OH, Terry (Sherry) Collins of South Point, OH and Jeffrey (Ellie) Collins of South Point, OH; a special niece, Sabrina Rowe of Ashland, KY; and several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.  Funeral services will be 12 pm Friday, March 4, 2016 at Slack and Wallace Funeral Home, South Point, OH with Pastor Jeremy Sherrils officiating.  Burial will follow at Zoar Cemetery, Coal Grove, OH.  Friends may call one hour prior to the service.  Condolences to the family may be expressed at www.slackandwallace.com.
