Clifton Ray Lovejoy

Clifton Ray Lovejoy, 30, of South Point, OH passed away on Thursday, March 19, 2015. He was born February 18, 1985 in Ironton, OH, a son of Clifton G. and Bobbie Adams Lovejoy. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Patsy Cremeans and paternal grandparents, Inez Heincke and Robert C. Lovejoy. Clifton Ray was a member of Solida Baptist Church and a conductor and brakeman for CSX Transportation. In addition to his parents, he is survived by a daughter, Kerrigan Ann Lovejoy; a sister, Tabatha (Michael) Dray; a brother, Clayton (Stefani) Lovejoy; 3 nephews, Caiden, Cashton and Case; a niece, Sadie; and his maternal grandfather, Robert W. (Pat) Adams. Funeral services will be 1:00 PM Monday, March 23, 2015 at Slack and Wallace Funeral Home, South Point. Following the service, family and friends are invited to the Zoar Baptist Church Fellowship Hall. A private burial for immediate family will be at Lovejoy Cemetery, Coal Grove. Friends may call from 4 to 6 PM Sunday at the funeral home. The family has requested no flowers be sent.
