Billie Rice

February 20, 1951 - March 29, 2015

Billie Lee Rice, 64, of South Point, OH died Sunday, March 29, 2015 at St. Mary’s Medical Center, Huntington, WV. She was born February 20, 1951 in Ironton, OH. She was preceded in death by her parents, Willard L. Keefer and Thelma Juanita Harris Keefer. She is survived by a daughter, Leah Cochuyt of Yorktown, VA; a son, Joshua C. (Amie) Rice, stationed with the U. S. Navy in Yokosuka, Japan; and 5 grandchildren, Madeline Cochuyt, Miranda Cochuyt, Kearsten Rice, Ella Rice and Brady Rice. A memorial service will be held at 1:00 PM Saturday, April 4, 2015 at Chesapeake Christian Church, Chesapeake, OH with Pastor Terry Noble officiating. Slack and Wallace Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
