Norma J. Kinney

March 27, 1933 - May 31, 2017

Norma J. Kinney, 84, of South Point, OH passed away Wednesday, May 31, 2017 at Heartland of Riverview.  She was born March 27, 1933 in Durbin, KY, a daughter of the late Ralph Black and Goldie Dixon Black.  She is preceded in death by her husband, Millard Clarence Kinney and a daughter, Nancy Mae Bates.  Norma attended First Southern Baptist Church in South Point, OH.  She loved to bowl and belonged to several bowling leagues over the years.  She is survived by her son, Ralph “Rick” Kinney (Kim) of South Point, OH; two grandchildren, John Kinney and Beth Ann Bingham; six great grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren.   Funeral services will be 11:30 AM on Friday, June 2, 2017 at Slack and Wallace Funeral Home, South Point, OH.  Burial will follow at McKnight-Black Cemetery, Durbin, KY.  Friends may call one hour prior to the service at Slack and Wallace Funeral Home, South Point, OH.  Condolences to the family may be expressed at www.slackandwallace.com.
