Ronda Alice Howard

October 6, 1939 - June 7, 2017

Ronda Alice Howard, age 77 of South Point, OH went home to be with our Lord and Savior on June 7, 2017 surrounded by her loving family.  Mrs. Howard was born October 6, 1939 in Huntington, WV, a daughter of the late Lawrence Eugene Fennell and Ruby Thelma Pinson Cotton.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her loving husband, Jarvie Howard; infant son, John Matthew Howard; daughter, Kimberly Thomas; and brother, Kenneth Fennell.  She is survived by four daughters, Kathy Roberts of South Vienna, OH, Rachel Duty of Worthington, KY, Leah Howard of South Point, OH and April Howard of Newark, OH; one sister, Donna Wilson of South Point, OH; five grandchildren, Rodger Heflin, Jarvie Heflin, Amy Uhl, Cambrea Rayburn and Logan Rayburn; and numerous great grandchildren as well as step-children and step-grandchildren.  Graveside services will be 2:00 PM Wednesday, June 14, 2017 at Rose Hill Burial Park, Ashland with Pastor Paul Toney officiating.  Slack and Wallace Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.  Condolences to the family may be expressed at www.slackandwallace.com.
