    Beverly F. Wagner, 70, of South Point, OH passed away Saturday, July 8, 2017 at home.  Beverly was born October 28, 1946 in Parkersburg, WV a daughter of the late Freddie and Murlene Starcher Coon.  In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by two brothers, Freddie Coon, Jr. and Chuck Coon.  She was a member of 1st Baptist Church of South Point.  Beverly is survived by her husband, David J. Wagner; three children, Dan (Donna) Wagner of Chesapeake, OH, David (Kelli) Wagner, Jr. of South Point, OH and Brandon Wagner of South Point, OH; three sisters, Norma Coon of Mt. Zion, WV, Susie (Brian) Luskin of Mt. Zion, WV and Sheila (David) Hardbarger of Elizabeth, WV; 7 grandchildren, Daniel (Telissa) Wagner, Dustin O’Brien, Ashley (Josh) Turner, Kenzie Damron, Ethan Hughes, Madison Black and Jacob Black; and 6 great grandchildren, Blaize, Brinli, Bethanie, Paytin, Kaleigh and Presley.  Friends may visit 6 to 8 PM Tuesday, July 11, 2017 at Slack and Wallace Funeral Home, South Point, OH and 12 PM to 1 PM Wednesday, July 12, 2017 at Mt. Olive Church, Hur, WV.  Funeral services will be 1 PM Wednesday, July 12, 2017 at Mt. Olive Church, Hur, WV with Pastor Mark Roach officiating.  Burial will follow at Coon Family Cemetery, Mt. Zion, WV.   The family would like to extend a special thanks to Alisha Smith for her loving comfort and care for the last three years.   In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Community Hospice, Ashland, KY.  Condolences to the family may be expressed at www.slackandwallace.com.
