Hershel Robert Pancake

Hershel Robert Pancake, Jr, 42, of Ironton, OH passed away Sunday, July 23, 2017. He was born August 16, 1974 in Ironton, the son of Hershel Robert Pancake, Sr. and Betty L. Smith Pancake. He was a graduate of Rock Hill High School. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Frank “Junior” Eaches and Wanda Eaches and his paternal grandparents, Hershel Pancake and Phyllis Pancake. Survivors include his wife, Samantha Sparks Pancake; a son, Hershel Robert Pancake, III; a daughter, Alexis Dawn Pancake; and a sister, Tina Bodmer of Ironton. Funeral services will be 1:00 PM Thursday at Slack and Wallace Funeral Home, South Point with Pastor Dan Pancake officiating. Burial will follow in Hecla Cemetery.
