Barbara Jean Ash

November 29, 1956 - August 7, 2017

On August 7th, 2017, Barbara Jean Ash, at the age of 60, passed away.  She was born November 29, 1956.  She attended Family Life Worship Center, Ironton, OH.  She is the mother of Kimberly Ash and Justin Ash and the grandmother of Logan and Taylor Raines.  Barbara was also survived by a special friend, Mary Adams and many other friends.  She devoted her life to God and gave her kids the purest and most unconditional love that they’ll never experience again.  Nobody could have a kinder heart than she did.  Without her, the world is much colder and lost something that can never be replaced.  We know her spirit is with God now, and she’ll always live on in the hearts of her kids.  She will be missed more than words could ever express.  Funeral services will be 1:00 PM Friday, August 11, 2017 at Slack and Wallace Funeral Home, South Point with Pastor Todd Munsun officiating.  Burial will follow in Greenlawn Cemetery, Burlington, OH.  Friends may visit one prior to the service at the funeral home.  Condolences to the family may be expressed at www.slackandwallace.com.
