Theresa Lynn Taylor

Theresa Lynn Taylor, 55, of South Point, OH passed away Tuesday, August 15, 2017 at her home.  She was born November 1, 1961 in Logan, WV, a daughter of the late Curtis Dorton and Myrtle Staniford Dorton.  She was also preceded in death by a grandson, Isaiah Adkins and a sister and brothers.  Theresa was a former metal caster for Richwood Investment.  Survivors include her husband, Perry Lee Taylor; five children, Ruby (Tim) Maloney of Jeffersonville, KY, Edith Taylor of Frenchburg, KY, Angela (Chris) Tackett of Ashland, KY, James (Gracie Mabry) Dollarhide of Piketon, OH and Perry Lee (Kelly) Taylor, Jr. of Chesapeake, OH; eight grandchildren, Taylor Maloney, Brittany Dunn, Jenna Elkins, Dustin Dollarhide, Caleb Adkins, Perry Neal Taylor, Jocelyn Ruby Ann Taylor and Hayden Moore; two great grandchildren, Kay Lynn Masterson and Neveah Haddix; a sister; and several brothers.  Funeral services will be held at 5:00 PM Saturday at Slack and Wallace Funeral Home with Pastor Ken Gowins officiating.  Friends may call one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.  Condolences to the family may be expressed at www.slackandwallace.com.
