    Delbert C. Williams, 92 of South Point, OH died Saturday, June 18, 2011. He was a heavy equipment mechanic. He is survived by a son, Clyde O. (Mary) Williams of South Point and a grandson, Clyde C. Williams of Chesapeake, OH.
    Friends may call from 5 – 7 pm Tuesday at Tri-State Worship Center, South Point. Slack and Wallace Funeral Home, South Point is in
