Robin A. Stephenson

January 13, 1966 - August 17, 2018

Robin Annette Stephenson, 52, of Ironton, OH passed away Friday, August 17, 2018 at James Cancer Center and Solove Research Institute, Columbus, OH.  She was born January 13, 1966 in Huntington, WV, daughter of Nola Kay Abbott Hunt of Ironton, OH and the late Leslie Dale Hunt.  In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her maternal grandmother, Mary Abbott Eplion and paternal grandmother, Bernice Adkins Hunt.  Robin was a 1984 graduate of South Point High School.  She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother who saw beauty in the world and cared deeply for those dear to her.  Survivors include her husband, Robert Ray “Bobby” Stephenson of Ironton, OH; her children, Breauna Dawn Massie of Sissonville, WV, Adam Cory Stephenson of Ironton, OH,  Anthony Aaron (Jade) Stephenson of Columbus, OH and step-son, Robert Joseph Stephenson of Jackson, OH; a sister, Mary Angela Mills of Ironton, OH; two brothers, Steven Dale Hunt of Ashland, KY and Leslie Scott Hunt of Ironton, OH; eight grandchildren, Reagan Massie, Eli Massie, Benji Stephenson, Ollie Stephenson, Keagan Stephenson, Jordan Stephenson, Kalli Stephenson and Gavin Blake and her beloved pet, Mikey.  Funeral Service will be 7 PM Tuesday, August 21, 2018 at Slack and Wallace Funeral Home, South Point, OH with Pastor Jeremy Sherrill officiating.  Friends may visit two hours prior to the service at the funeral home.  Condolences to the family may be expressed at www.slackandwallace.com.
