Aaron Lee Drummond, 32, of Atkins, VA, formerly of South Point, OH passed away unexpectedly due to seizure complications on Sunday, October 21, 2018 at Smyth County Community Hospital in Marion, VA. He was born November 27, 1985 in Ironton, OH, son of Rhonda and Greg McCoy of South Point, OH and Paul Lee and Toni Drummond of Australia. Aaron was a graduate of South Point High School. In addition to his parents, he is survived by his fiancée, Paula Shafer and her daughter, Natalie; four sisters, Megan McCoy, Allison McCoy, Jasmine Scott and Mikka Drummond; a brother, Kobe Drummond; paternal grandfather, Arnold (Nellie Walker) Drummond; paternal grandmother, Eva Drummond and maternal grandmother, Lydia Lawson. Funeral Services 2:00 PM Monday, October 29, 2018 at Slack and Wallace Funeral Home, South Point.  Friends may call one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
