Belinda Payne Gabbert Richardson, 63, of Pedro, Ohio, passed away Wednesday, November 20, 2013 at home. Funeral services will be 11 AM Saturday, November 23, 2013 at Slack and Wallace Funeral Home, South Point, Ohio with Pastor Dale Knipp officiating. Burial will follow at Woodland Cemetery, Ironton, Ohio. Belinda was born September 1, 1950 in Kitts Hill, Ohio, a daughter of the late Charles W. and Eva L. Humphrey Payne. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her first husband, James Gabbert. She is survived by her husband, Woody Wayne Richardson; two children, Michael and Elizabeth Gabbert both at home; a step-daughter, Kelli Jackson of Coal Grove, Ohio; a sister, Hilda Friend of Kitts Hill, Ohio; two brothers, Charles E. Payne of South Point, Ohio and Calvin L. (Betty) Payne of Pedro, Ohio; and a granddaughter, Airbella Jackson. Friends may call 6 to 8 PM Friday at Slack and Wallace Funeral Home.
