    Milton Robert Rucker, 65, of South Point, OH died Wednesday, December 18, 2013. He was the son of the late Thomas Charles Rucker and Magdalene Carney Rucker. Milton was an Army veteran and was retired from the Southern Ohio Correctional Facility. Survivors include three daughters, Tina Sue Fitzpatrick, Alina Parish and Jennifer Walker; two brothers, Thomas E. (Louisa) Rucker and Charles E. Rucker; and two grandchildren, Robin Lynn Fitzpatrick and Jerome Fitzpatrick. No services scheduled.
